Condamine Sports Club is the premier club in Warwick on the Darling Downs of Queensland. The club consists of an existing heritage registered hotel facility, the former Langham Hotel, along with adjoining land parcels that have been integrated with the site. The club constructed a two-storey extension containing additional dining, functions, gaming and bathroom facilities along with provision for a future lift and first floor functions access. The extension delivered much needed space to the club and capped off the complete modernisation of the ground floor clubhouse facilities.
