Demolition will take place imminently, clearing old floor coverings, the existing bar and central roof structure in preparation for a stunning new high-pitched roof, and double height internal volume. A new two storey glazed façade will capture the magnificent ocean views. The space will be serviced by a brand-new bar, featuring stunning benchtops and eye-catching tiles.
